This Is To avoid damaging your skin. You must be off of Retin-A, Retin-A like products such as Tretinoin (prescription or over tnter) for a minimum of 14 days prior to coming in for service. ➡️Cancellation Policy⬅️: Clients are Allowed One Courtesy Reschedule Of Their Confirmed Appointment, If Done 48Hours( 2 Days) In Advance. Less Than 48 Hour/Same Day Cancellation Policy you will loose your deposit ⬅️ NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of their appointment no exceptions. You have a 15 minute late window before your appointment will be cancelled. Less then 15 minutes and The time will be deducted from your service. We can not not accommodate late clients because it will push back all of the other clients that arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service for late cancellations and 90% for no shows since the time slot could have been filled and product loss from advanced set up.
